(6) Content uploaded or generated by the Organization or User (tasks, messages, files, etc.)

(3) Billing, receipt issuance, and contract management

(4) Analyzing usage and producing statistics (processed so individuals cannot be identified)

(2) Passwords stored hashed (not viewable by administrators)

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to improve usability and analyze usage. You may refuse cookies through your browser settings; doing so may limit some features.

You may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision of your personal information that we hold. Please contact us via the inquiry point in Article 10. We will respond in accordance with applicable law after verifying your identity.

After account closure or cancellation, Content and personal information are retained as backup for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Information legally required to be retained (e.g., transaction records) is kept until the applicable retention period has elapsed.

This Policy may be revised in response to changes in law or our business. Material changes will be announced on the Service and take effect as of the stated effective date.
