Terms of Service

In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below.

(1) "Service" means the cloud-based business management platform "Zerosc" (0scry.7scry.com) provided by 7scry Inc. (Japan corporate number 8130001082158, "we" or "the Company").

(2) "Organization" means the corporation, sole proprietorship, or other entity that uses the Service.

(3) "User" means a natural person belonging to an Organization who uses the Service.

(4) "Content" means all information uploaded or generated on the Service by an Organization or User.

Use of the Service requires agreement to all provisions of these Terms. Starting use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

(1) The Organization's representative warrants the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided at registration.

(2) Users must manage their own ID and password with the care of a good manager and must not disclose, lend, or share them with third parties.

(3) The account holder is responsible for any damage arising from unauthorized use of their account.

(1) Fees for the Service follow the separately defined pricing plans.

(2) Monthly and annual fees are billed in advance via a payment processor such as Stripe.

(3) Plan upgrades are billed on a prorated basis, crediting previously paid amounts against the next invoice.

(4) Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; no refund is issued for the current period.

(5) No payment information is required during the 7-day free trial; payment information must be registered separately when moving to a paid plan.

(6) No automatic charge occurs after the trial ends. If you do not upgrade, all features will be locked.

Organizations and Users must not engage in any of the following on the Service:

(1) Violations of law (money laundering, fraud, drug trafficking, financing of terrorism, etc.)

(2) Defamation, discrimination, or harassment of third parties

(3) Infringement of intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights

(4) Vulnerability research or reverse engineering of the Service (except with our prior written consent)

(5) Attacks on, or spamming of, other Organizations through the Service

(6) Reselling or re-providing the Service without our prior consent

(7) Any act contrary to public order and morals

(1) Rights to Content belong to the Organization. We may use Content only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

(2) We handle Content in accordance with our separately posted Privacy Policy.

(3) After account closure or cancellation, Content is retained as backup for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Please export any data you need before closing your account.

(4) Where legally required (e.g., a court order), we may disclose the minimum information necessary.

(1) AI features integrated into the Service operate through API keys the Organization supplies to its chosen AI provider(s) (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) ("bring your own key").

(2) Costs incurred from AI usage (API usage fees) are borne by the Organization.

(3) We do not guarantee the accuracy or legality of AI-generated output. Organizations use such output at their own risk.

(1) We may change the content of the Service upon prior notice to Organizations.

(2) The Service may be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance, incident response, force majeure, or similar reasons.

(3) If we discontinue the Service, we will notify Organizations at least 6 months in advance.

(1) The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from defects.

(2) Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for damages is limited to the total fees the Organization paid us in the preceding 12 months.

(3) We are not liable for indirect damages, special damages, lost profits, or data loss.

Organizations and Users represent and warrant that they are not affiliated with organized crime or other antisocial forces. If a violation is discovered, we may terminate the agreement without notice.

We may amend these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

(1) These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

(2) The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms as the court of first instance.
